Mr. Jiwa practices primarily in personal injury litigation with an emphasis on ICBC Claims.  Mr. Jiwa has appeared in all levels of Court in British Columbia.  He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.

Nick Dhaliwal has several years experience as a paralegal.  A graduate from the Capilano College Legal Assistant Program in 2000, Nick has worked continuously providing paralegal assistance to lawyers in personal injury and criminal law since graduating.

Nick has acquired through the years the specialized knowledge required for cases concerning personal injury law.

Nick assists in initiating file investigation, interviewing witnesses and liaising with experts, clients and their families. He is skilled at analyzing and managing complex documentation associated with personal injury cases and determining and researching damage awards. Nick has particular experience in legal research, assisting and preparing legal counsel and clients for mediations and discoveries.

Through working and learning from various personal injury lawyers, Nick has acquired special knowledge and experience in his job as it relates to medical legal issues and substantive law.

Nick is fluent in both Punjabi and Hindi.
